Learn the real cause of yeast overgrowth and whether you should do anything to treat yeast overgrowth.
What is candida and yeast overgrowth?
What causes yeast overgrowth?
This is something that I talked about before. What I explained was that if you eat too much bread, carbs, yeast and sugar – if you eat too much of all of those foods – that’s what causes yeast overgrowth.
However, the reason for it is not quite what you think. It’s not just from eating those foods.
The reason is that those foods, and in particular gluten, feeds viruses and bacteria that many people have and don’t realize. That’s what causes chronic illness and autoimmune conditions.
People have these viruses and bacteria and they eat a lot of bread and carbs(foods that contain gluten) that feed these viruses and bacteria. Then what happens is, like I said, yeast is like the trash collector in your body, it’s actually helpful. It’s trying to get rid of the pathogens in your body, which are those viruses and bacteria, and that’s why it becomes overgrown.
Then your liver becomes sluggish and overloaded and it doesn’t produce bile like it used to. The yeast starts to become overgrown to try to kill off those pathogens.
So the problem is not to kill off the yeast. The problem is actually to treat the underlying condition. You want to find a way to kill off the pathogens (the viruses and bacteria) and you also want to heal your liver.
There are many foods that can help you do this. There are antibacterial fruits and vegetables – these are very healing foods. There are also herbs and supplements to help you do this.
That’s what I help people with. I create what I call Natural Health packages. These are compact but comprehensive guides to help you heal your particular condition. They are step-by-step guides to help you do that.
As a Natural Health Coach and Consultant, that’s what I do. That’s what I help people with.
My Natural Health packages include:
