What Causes Low Stomach Acid?

The cause of low stomach acid is the result of our livers being overburdened. They are overloaded and sluggish and they don’t do their job as they should.

They are overburdened with pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria, with toxic heavy metals, with radiation, with pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, and many other toxicants, which are man-made poisons.

When our livers are overloaded, they become sluggish and they produce less bile, then what happens is your liver calls to your stomach for help. Then your stomach starts to overproduce stomach acid. Then you’re left with less acid in your stomach because it’s all going to help your liver.

  • You want to consume them immediately because the longer you leave them, the more they start to oxidize and lose their potency and they don’t offer as many benefits.
  • It’s best to consume them in the morning on an empty stomach, then you wait about 15 to 30 minutes before eating anything.
  • If you can’t drink these right away, you can keep them in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. After that they’re not nearly as beneficial, they start to lose all the health benefits that they offer.
  • If you want, you can try both of these drinks and it’s really helpful and recommended if you drink both of them in the morning.
  • You would have your lemon water first. And then you wait 15 to 30 minutes, you would have your celery juice, then you wait another 15 to 30 minutes, and then you can eat your breakfast
