- You take a stalk of celery and put it in your juicer.
- If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender, just chop it up really small, blend the celery and then strain it.
- A stalk of celery makes about 16 ounces of juice, and it’s recommended that you consume at least that much daily.
I’m going to give you some information as to how you take celery juice. What are the best practices for consuming celery juice? First I’m going to tell you the second way you can increase your stomach acid levels, because how you consume them is very similar. How you need to make them is very similar as well.
The second way you can increase stomach acid levels is with lemon water. If you don’t like lemons you can use limes instead, they offer the same benefits.
The way to prepare your lemon water is to pour yourself a 16 ounce glass of water and add a half a lemon or two limes.
The Best Way to Consume These Healing Drinks
Here are some guidelines for celery juice and lemon water:
- You want to consume them immediately because the longer you leave them, the more they start to oxidize and lose their potency and they don’t offer as many benefits.
- It’s best to consume them in the morning on an empty stomach, then you wait about 15 to 30 minutes before eating anything.
- If you can’t drink these right away, you can keep them in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. After that they’re not nearly as beneficial, they start to lose all the health benefits that they offer.
- If you want, you can try both of these drinks and it’s really helpful and recommended if you drink both of them in the morning.
- You would have your lemon water first. And then you wait 15 to 30 minutes, you would have your celery juice, then you wait another 15 to 30 minutes, and then you can eat your breakfast
Even if you start to drink just one of these healing drinks each day, you will reap the benefits, and you will see great things happening with your body.
