health documentaries

The following is a collection of food and health documentaries that I have watched and highly recommend.

These documentaries offer  a wealth of information regarding issues with our food supply, healthy eating recommendations and suggestions as well as natural remedies that are as effective, if not more effective, and much

safer than modern medicine.
